NTLDR missing promblem

This happens due to the various promblem due to wrong CD- ROM inserted on a computer or happens of input/output promblem.
                               
                There are various solutions for this method like:
1:Using boot disk like window 2000 to start it.
2.Using recovery console method.
3.Using window 2000 to set it up.
4.At last,the window cannot locate the file.
